Participation in EUPOC2025 is reserved to AIM Members. The yearly membership fee for 2025 is € 40 which must be added to the conference fee.

Registration fees for EUPOC2025 are reported in the table. The amounts indicated do not include AIM fee.

Two separate receipts, VAT-exempt as AIM is a non-profit organization with no VAT n., will be issued (one for AIM membership, one for EUPOC’s fee).

2nd step to do: Register to EUPOC2025

In your AIM home page you will see all the AIM events.  Select EUPOC2025 and complete the registration form.

*including: welcome party, social dinner, coffee breaks, and lunches at the conference location

** proof of student status should be provided (eg supervisor’s declaration, student card…)
